Roof covering: The roof of our hotel tent is made of two layers of membrane material, the first layer (the outermost layer) is 1050 grams of PVDF membrane. PVDF membrane has the characteristics of shading, waterproof, heat insulation, flame retardant, UV protection, mildew resistance, etc. It can reflect a lot of sunlight. The second layer is 805 grams of PVC, mainly used to prevent dust and enhance the insulation effect. There is a space distance between the two layers of fabric to ensure sufficient air convection and play a good thermal insulation effect.

Frame: The frame of the hotel tent is made of steel. Our steel structure adopts hot dip galvanizing process. Whether the project site is close to the sea, desert or in acid and alkaline environments, or in the mountains, jungles and rivers, the steel pipes after hot-dip galvanizing treatment can play a good role in corrosion resistance.

Walls: Our hotel tent walls have two types of walls. One is all calcium silicate board wall, which has very good sound and heat insulation effect, and can prevent moisture and moth. The other is calcium silicate board wall and glass wall. The glass wall can increase the transparent area, and can form more fields of view to watch the outdoor scenery.

Deck: The deck of the hotel tent is composed of anti-corrosion wood floor and steel frame support. Anti-corrosion wood flooring is very practical, because it can withstand the sun and rain, and will not deform and fade, so it is very suitable for outdoor flooring. In addition, if you want to save costs, you can also make a cement platform instead of a deck, which is also a very cost-effective option.
